Leasing is a system in Nemeion built to allow players to partake in the game without having to own their own Nemeion immediately. This is to ensure that newcomers are able to participate in limited time events, such as Holidays, while waiting for their own Nemeion to be uploaded. It also allows other players to lease out their Nemeion, that may already be built for a specific activity, to other players. This allows members to play and earn nice rewards to add to their Vault in preparation for their own Nemeion.

───── What is a Lease? ─────
── A lease is when the owner of a Nemeion grants another player, or players, the ability to use their Nemeion within various Activities in the group.
── A lessor is the owner of the Nemeion that is being leased out.
── A lessee is the person who is leasing the Nemeion.
── Leases are permitted in the following Activities:
── Adventures
── Munera Battles
── PvP Battles
── Conquests
── Healing Attempts
── Taming
── A lessor is the owner of the Nemeion that is being leased out.
── A lessee is the person who is leasing the Nemeion.

───── Caesar Nemeion Available for Lease ─────
── There is no Lease Comment, Fee or Terms for these leases.
── There is no double dipping on the same Caesar lease in collaborations.
── Each collaborator requires their own individual Caesar Nemeion to lease (ie. Lucanus drawn once in a collab cannot give rolls to both collaborators).
── Caesar Nemeion are immune to injury. If one gets injured, please inform admins.
── Special Exception(s): Caesar Lions can be used in:
── Holidays
── Special Exemption(s): Caesar Lions cannot be used in:
── Mysterious Potions
── PvP
── Rank 2 Activities (Caving, Crusades and Champion Battles)
── There is no double dipping on the same Caesar lease in collaborations.
── Each collaborator requires their own individual Caesar Nemeion to lease (ie. Lucanus drawn once in a collab cannot give rolls to both collaborators).

── Leases are not permitted in the following Activities:

── Champion Battles
── Holidays
── The following must be discussed before the lease permission is written:
── Lease Fee
── Terms of the Lease (including any specific rules/restrictions)
── Lease Fees are not permitted to:
── Be any form of Real Life Currency (USD, Points, etc).
── Take the entire roll result.
── Leases are not permitted to:
── Require any companion, equipment, trait, or consumable not be used.
── Be used as slot proof / breeding permission.
── Leases require a strict deadline.
── No more than three (3) months maximum.
── Leases can be canceled early at the discretion of the Lessor, however:
── The lease can not be deleted.
── A reason must be given for the lease being canceled and attached to the original lease comment.
── The Lessee must be notified of the early cancellation.
── The Lessee has a 48 hour grace period to finish and submit any WIPs under the lease agreement.
── Nemeion will not enforce any disputes over leases unless there is screenshot evidence of any rules or agreements broken.
