Nemeion is an ARPG (Art Roleplaying Group) that is centered around the breeding, raising, and fighting of large Greco-Roman saber cats. Most Art Role Playing Groups of this variety tend to mimic SIM-style games, and have a long term goal of the self-progression of official game characters. There's nothing to stop you from making your own arena-fighting saber-toothed cat, in other words, but to participate in Nemeion's unique system and moderated community you must own one of these officially posted characters.

So you've decided to begin your journey in the world of Nemeion, have you? Well, in order for you to participate in our group your first step is to get your very own Nemeion cub to design. There are a few ways you could go about getting your own kitty, which have been included below.
───── Getting Your First Cub ─────
Option 1 - Anthea's Nursery
The simplest way to get your first cub is to visit our [Adoption Center!] Your account must be a minimum of 3 months old, and you must not own any uploaded Nemeion to receive this free cub. Keep in mind that once you've adopted a cub from the Adoption Center you may not adopt another one!
Option 2 - Purchase a Cub from another Player
Sometimes other players will be selling cubs for currency or "activity rolls". You can see if anyone is selling lions in our [Advertisement folder]!
Option 3 - Lease a Lion from another Player

Alternatively, you can choose to lease a lion from another player (with their permission) to participate in group activities. Colosseum wins can sometimes result in a random cub or breeding. Asking around in our group discord is a great way to see if anyone is willing to lease their cat!
Option 4 - Group Sales / Events

Occasionally the group will often hold special events, sales, or raffles in which a cub or nemeion import are up for grabs. The most common even where this occurs is in February during our Season of Love event!
Option 5 - Taming a Feral
Every so often Feral Nemeion, or wild Nemeion, become available for "taming". This taming system works by way of raffle. Everyone creates a single entry, and the winners are chosen via RNG (Random number generator). You can check out all available Ferals here.
───── Designing Your Nemeion ─────

Once you have received your first Nemeion cub it's time to get designing! A cub is simply an undesigned Nemeion lion. This line of text is the guideline for your design (base coat, eye color, markings, etc...) and basically a ticket for an adult cat. Some other groups may use the terms "genotype" or "phenotype," but since Nemeion does not deal in either, we simply refer to the undesigned foundation as a cub. |

Step 1) Download the appropriate import template based on your cub's breed
Step 2) Head on over to the Design Guide and follow all of the instructions based on your cat's potential hereditary markings, eye colors, and any mutations they may have.
Step 3) Once your design is finished, it's time to upload to your sta.sh and fill out the description with our import template!
Step 4) Once all of this has been completed, submit your design to the Design Approvals thread so that our admins can ensure your design meets our group's standards. Once they have been approved they will be uploaded, and it's time to play!

Once your cat is uploaded by the group account, you're free to draw and roleplay it as a character, enter battles in the Colosseum, collect armor, train, and collaborate with other members of the group. Nemeion offers a variety of activities in addition to the Colosseum, including competitions, beast hunting, and much much more! |
