Caenum

Caenum is a dark marking that is visually similar to roan and dapples. However, unlike it's seasonal counterparts, which are primarily lighter than the base coat, Caenum takes on a darker, albeit slightly sooty tint like salt and pepper roan. This marking is primarily focused on the midline and sides of the nemeion, tapering down into dark socks along the legs. The marking is comprised of a darker sable-like base with a lighter dappling on top.
