Bellytone

Bellytone is a hard or moderately soft-edged (dark or light) marking on the underside of the lion, presented anywhere from the tail tip to the mouth, and ears. Bellytone always stays somewhere within the range of the base color and cannot be too saturated.

Examples

Rule: Bellytone can have an irregular and slightly "splashy" edge but cannot have large holes or present as patches rather than underside markings. This is to avoid the cat resembling a chimeric.

Rule: This Marking may be present anywhere within the orange range provided above. Anything in grey is an illegal range.

Guidelines

►Edge: This marking should be Hard-edged or Soft-edged

►Color: This marking may be lighter or darker than the base coat, black, or white. It may be a total of 2 different colors.

►Range: This Marking may be present anywhere within the orange range provided above. Anything in grey is an illegal range.
