Selecting a Base Coat

There are three base coats for all lions, Tan, Cream, and Agouti. Tan is darker, and more common than cream, whereas Agouti is the darkest and the rarest of the three. If not affected by either melanism, erythrism, leucism, maltese, albinism, or the auric mutation, your base coat will fall within one of the many swatches below for the foundation of your design. You may choose a single swatch from the relevant base color.
