───── How is Pay Calculated? ─────
Minimum Effort
The lowest tier, or minimum effort, is earned by completing at least one task assigned to you each day. If your area is slow or empty, you may report that your area is empty, and you will receive the base Minimum Effort score for that day. You only need to report once if your area is empty. Doing so multiple times does not allot you more points. All Admins regardless of their areas can achieve a Minimum Effort score simply by reporting and/or doing one singular task in their area.
Standard Effort
When an admin has worked in their designated area for at least 30 minutes to 1 hour, they will qualify for standard effort score. This standard score is the baseline for day-to-day payment. Sometimes admins cannot always reach 30 minutes of work, and that is okay. As long as you have cleared more than just a single task, you will qualify for standard pay.
Above and Beyond
Admins who step out of their designated area and choose to assist in other areas of the group, or admins who work 2+ hours or more qualify to receive Above and Beyond pay. Above and Beyond pay is determined by how much of the group you cover each day and how many hours you put in. However, keep in mind that simply reporting exaggerated time just to get credit for going "Above and Beyond" can and will result in consequences. Your areas are cross-checked to ensure your work aligns with what you are reporting, so please be considerate when documenting your time.

Ideally, at the first of every month Seph will go through the Admin Duties channel and document every date and report inside a spreadsheet. This spreadsheet tallys up your total pay for the month, which is then added to the Admin Point page. Not working every day has no negative impact beyond not receiving pay for that particular day. Admins are not required to work daily, and are only expected to clear their areas a few times per week at minimum. We do not revoke points, and they are permanent until used to purchase from the Admin Point store.
